Showing activity dip slightly, but not by a significant amount, showing a continued steady bounce back after the holidays. Overall we are seeing a pretty large increase in activity among many of our new construction listings which is encouraging to see.

Overall Philadelphia New Construction Market Stats:

New construction inventory is starting to tick up as we get closer to the spring market. We went from 276 active New Construction listings this time last week to 293 (+17).

We are starting to see some listings come back online that were taken down during the holidays with the plan to re-list after the new year closer to the spring market.

Only 6 new construction listings went under contract last week, but with the influx off showing activity, we can expect to see more contracts within the coming weeks.
